Meet Sam & Kieron...

A Little about us as a couple...

We are photographers by passion, with a love for exploring new places and finding new perspectives in the world.

Based in Filey, we have a huge appreciation for where we live and the wonderful views and landscapes it has to offer.

Through photography we have met some amazing people and shared in the stories of their life - they have supported me by allowing me to capture them in their life and share it with the world through various platforms.

"A friend told me a bout a camera sale whilst I was working for English Heritage, after appreciating the images the English Heritage photographers were capturing, I was intrigued to see what I could produce.

I was drawn to the Bokeh effects and then became increasingly interested in the technical aspect of photography.

My favourite things about photography are the capturing the memories of a specific moment in time and with landscape photography, sharing beautiful natural scenes from places we visit to inspire others.

The most challenging thing for me is having the means to capture the image - being in the right place in the right time, under the right conditions. Again - you can't predict the weather!

Someone once asked me "What's the best camera you can buy?" - my answer was simply " The one that you have with you!"

"I am a photographer by passion - my love and appreciation for photography began at college when I completes my AS level in Photography and my passion blossomed from there.

I continued to complete a diploma in wedding photography to enhance my skills and knowledge, I believe we can learn something new every day if open to it!

My favourite thing about photography is the opportunity it brings to meet new people and explore new places.

The most challenging thing for me is gathering groups at weddings! That along with the weather - light is everything in photography!

I'm also a counsellor and for self-care, I love connecting with the natural world and the beauty it holds for us to enjoy. I capture the stories that nature tells, how I see it unfold.
